Command lineAdd exported watch heart rate to a GPX track
Pebble HR to GPX reads an eight-column Pebble Health CSV and adds its heart-rate values to a separate GPS track. The conversion runs locally in Python and saves another GPX file; it does not sign in to Strava or contact your watch.
You need an existing health export and a GPX that already contains Garmin trackpoint extensions. The current code fails on ordinary GPX without that namespace and can write invalid XML when the namespace is only declared, so validate the output before importing it elsewhere.
