Passepartout
AppConnect Apple TV to an OpenVPN or WireGuard server
Passepartout uses OpenVPN or WireGuard profiles to connect Apple TV to a VPN server you choose. It works with your own server and does not supply a VPN service.
Install it from the App Store on tvOS 17 or newer; the Apple TV feature requires an in-app purchase. The current app can receive profiles through a local web page, while iCloud synchronization is a separate option. An open issue records a limitation importing password-encrypted OpenVPN profiles through that web page.
- Connect it to my own VPN
- Use OpenVPN and WireGuard profiles
- Import TV profiles over the local network
