AppManage headset apps and files from a computer
OpenQuest Hub lists, installs and launches headset apps, transfers files from shared storage and exports device logs. It talks directly to the headset over USB or Wi-Fi using Android Debug Bridge, with scrcpy for screen mirroring.
Use its Windows, macOS or Linux release after developer-mode setup and USB-debug authorization. The project also includes a terminal interface; its Quest 3 video-recording command is disabled because Android screenrecord returns empty files.
