Plug-inUse Tapo controls in local openHAB rules
TapoControl connects supported Tapo plugs, lights and switches to openHAB, a home automation system you host. Commands and measurements use the device network address, while discovery can use either local broadcasts or the TP-Link cloud.
Set up the devices in the Tapo app and provide the account credentials to the binding. Firmware must expose a supported AES or KLAP protocol, and an isolated P110 still needs working time synchronization before it reports power and energy.
