OpenBlackVue-Dash
AppDownload BlackVue events directly to Android
OpenBlackVue-Dash connects an Android phone to the camera's Wi-Fi and copies recordings through local HTTP. It focuses on event and parking clips and also provides front and rear live views without a BlackVue account.
The author tested a DR590XP, while compatibility with other models follows their shared protocol and needs checking on your firmware. You build and sideload the Android app, and its interface is in Spanish.
- View and share clips without the maker's app
- Keep footage off the maker's cloud
- Event and parking filters
- Front and rear live view
