WHOOP and your other wearables, on your own server
Open Wearables is a self-hosted platform that collects data from WHOOP, Garmin, Oura and other wearables into one database and API, with a web portal to browse it and an MCP server so AI apps can use it. For WHOOP it pulls sleep, recovery, daily cycles and workouts through the official API, which needs an active membership. That API has no continuous heart rate or timed sleep stages, so neither does this.
It's built mainly for teams making health apps, but you can run it for yourself with Docker. It sends an anonymous daily usage ping, with no health data, unless you turn it off.
Also works with Apple Health, Samsung Health, Health Connect, Ultrahuman, and Strava
