All your wearables in one database, even on a Pi
Open Health Sync is a single program plus a Postgres database, small enough for a Raspberry Pi, that pulls data from WHOOP and other wearables onto your own server. It has no dashboard: you read the data through a REST API, connect AI apps over a read-only MCP server, or export CSV and Parquet files.
It uses WHOOP's official API, so new data needs an active membership and a WHOOP developer app; without a public web address it checks for new data every 6 hours. Its WHOOP connector has only been tested against a stand-in built from WHOOP's documentation.
Also works with Apple Health, Health Connect, and Strava
