Use NVIDIA’s open Linux kernel driver
NVIDIA’s open kernel modules provide the Linux driver layer for supported Turing and newer GPUs. They expose the source used to connect the card to the kernel and can be installed through a matching distribution driver package or built from source.
They still require NVIDIA firmware and user-space driver components from the same release. Match the kernel, compiler and driver versions, and keep a working fallback for display recovery. The older Tesla V100 is not supported by this open-module route.
