AppReplaces the WHOOP app, with your old history brought over
NOOP is a free app for Android, Mac and iPhone that replaces the WHOOP app. It connects to the strap over Bluetooth and keeps every reading on your device, with no WHOOP account or membership, and can import your old WHOOP export, send readings to Apple Health on iPhone and use the strap's vibration for alarms and timers.
WHOOP 4.0 is fully supported; on 5.0 and MG live heart rate works, but history, sleep and recovery are still experimental. This is the ryanbr fork, which carried on after GitHub took the original repo down in June 2026.
