Apple Health Dashboard
DashboardKeep sleep, workout and activity charts on your server
Apple Health Dashboard receives Apple Watch data through Health Auto Export on your iPhone and stores it in SQLite. Its browser pages show sleep stages, heart readings, workouts with routes, calendars and trends.
You need one Docker container and the separate paid Health Auto Export app. Native Apple XML import is only planned, and the dashboard's recovery and prediction scores are its own calculations rather than validated Apple measurements. No license file was found, so reuse rights are not established.
