NickelReadingStats
Plug-inSee reading time and chapter stats while you read
NickelReadingStats turns on hidden statistics pages in the stock reader of the Shine (5th gen), Shine Color and Vision Color. It shows chapter bars, reading sessions and time estimates, worked out from the books and reading activity stored on the Tolino.
It needs firmware 5.18 or later and is copied on over USB. Books with Adobe DRM only get activity totals, and PDFs, comics and fixed-layout books get no chapter statistics.
- Add reading stats and menu shortcuts
- Chapter bars for each book
- Pages-per-minute history
- Word counts for EPUBs
