Command lineFlash matching stock firmware onto an Xperia
Newflasher writes matching signed Sony stock firmware to an Xperia over USB. This route uses the native Linux or macOS source build and the firmware for your exact phone model.
The tool is experimental. XZ2 support here follows the documented USB protocol; XZ2 Compact also has a historical use report. Review every file in the firmware folder and back up the phone first. Wrong-model firmware can be rejected or leave the phone unable to start.
