MPK Mini Open
FirmwareCustomize how your original MPK mini responds
MPK Mini Open replaces the firmware on the original MPK mini’s AD07 board. It adds selectable velocity curves and firmware backup tools. An optional ESP32-C3 board hosts the browser editor and provides the experimental Bluetooth MIDI bridge.
The first installation requires opening the keyboard and using an SWD programmer. The author reports tests on AD07 only, and the latest Bluetooth path and battery-powered supply variants remain unverified. Treat this as an experimental hardware project, not a USB-only editor.
