LocalMeta
AppSend photo questions to a model on your own server
LocalMeta is an Android companion that sends glasses photos through Meta's camera toolkit to an OpenAI-compatible server you choose. Its QuickVision mode can use a local vision model on your own computer.
Install the Android APK, complete Meta AI registration and configure the server address. Local photo inference does not make the whole app offline: its live voice screen uses cloud providers, and Android speech recognition is not forced to stay on the phone.
- Use your own voice assistant
- Keep AI processing on your own devices
- QuickVision photo questions with a configurable server
- Local server health checks and model selection
