Lifto for Zepp OS

App

Follow Liftosaur strength workouts on your wrist

Lifto puts programs, sets and rest timers from Liftosaur, a strength training app, on an Amazfit watch and synchronizes workout actions through the Zepp phone app. It includes a standalone companion and an extension for native Zepp strength activities, with a local journal for recovering interrupted work.

This is a beta with limited physical-watch evidence. Your own cloud workouts require Liftosaur Premium and an API key; demo mode uses sample workouts, and background rest alerts and some exercise features remain unverified.
