DashboardControl rooted LG TVs and keep local backups
LG TV Control is a local dashboard for TV settings, remote actions and backups. A NAS or server connects to a rooted LG webOS TV over SSH and uses its Luna services.
The author documents two tested models and firmware versions. Setup requires a dedicated SSH key, a pinned host key and dashboard authentication; keep the dashboard on your LAN or VPN.
