Legal

co.build lists third-party projects and provides its own descriptions and setup prompts. Review instructions before running them: device changes can cause damage, data loss or security problems. Independent repair does not automatically remove statutory warranty rights, but damage caused by a modification may be excluded where law permits. Check the project, permissions and local law. Device names and logos belong to their owners; a listing does not imply their endorsement.

Kinema: app for Android TV and Google TV · co.build

App

Browse your movie files like a streaming app

Kinema scans the movie and show folders on your drive, USB stick or NAS share and shows them with posters, descriptions, Continue watching and next episode, with no media server and no account. Artwork comes from TMDB through a key the app carries. On Android TV it plays through Android's own player; the same app runs on Windows 11 and Linux. The Android TV version is an early beta, sideloaded from GitHub Releases, and lacks some desktop features such as Blu-ray folders and 4K .m2ts files.
