Kindle Mate 2
AppExport your highlights and words to notes or Anki
Kindle Mate 2 is a desktop app that reads the highlights and looked-up words saved on your Kindle over USB. It keeps them in a local library you can edit and exports them to Markdown, CSV, JSON, Obsidian (a notes app) and Anki (a flashcard app).
It reads highlights from My Clippings.txt and words from vocab.db, not the newer annotation database. Definitions come from the Youdao dictionary service, and it can write changes back to the Kindle, so back up first.
