AppGive Paperwhite 2 a newspaper-style home screen
KHome replaces the Kindle home screen with an offline newspaper-style layout, library access and reading shortcuts. A companion local builder prepares and caches newspaper editions.
It targets Paperwhite2 on firmware5.12.2.1.1 and requires jailbreak, KUAL, USBNetwork and FBInk. Installation builds the native launcher and deploys over SSH; it is intended for owners comfortable recovering a modified Kindle.
