Jellyfin for Android TV
AppWatch your own Jellyfin library on the TV
Jellyfin for Android TV plays movies, shows and other media from your own Jellyfin server, a free media server you run on a computer or NAS. It keeps library access and playback progress with that server and can show live TV and recordings when a compatible backend is configured.
Install the TV client from an official store or release, then connect it to your server and user account. The stable 0.19 release supports Android 5 and newer; video formats, HDR and direct playback depend on the TV, while incompatible files may require server transcoding.
- Play my own movies and shows
- Shared watched status and resume points
- Live TV and DVR from a configured server
- Multiple server users
