Jellyfin for Android
AppListen to your Jellyfin library in Android Auto
Jellyfin for Android connects to a Jellyfin server, software that hosts your own media library. Its native Android Auto media service lets the car browse and play audio from that server.
Install the Android app, sign in to your server and confirm access on the phone first. Streaming away from home needs a working connection to the server, and the app’s phone video player does not establish video support in Android Auto.
- Play your own music, podcasts and audiobooks
- Access to a personal Jellyfin server
- Native car media browsing
- Phone media controls alongside the web client
