iSH
AppRun a Linux shell on your iPhone or iPad
iSH runs a Linux shell on iPhone and iPad using usermode x86 emulation and syscall translation. It provides an Alpine Linux environment for command-line programs and is available through the App Store, TestFlight or an Xcode build.
Emulation means some programs run slowly or fail, and it does not replace iPadOS or provide a full native Linux desktop. Check the current App Store operating-system requirement before installing. The code uses GPLv3 with additional iOS terms in LICENSE.IOS.
