AppKeep your gym log on your phone and wrist
Ischys lets you log sets and control a live workout from your Apple Watch. Your training history stays in the phone’s local database, with JSON and CSV export for backups.
The iPhone app is available from the App Store and needs no account or server. Its Watch app is a companion to the phone, and the Android and Wear OS versions are still in closed testing.
