Plug-inControl supported Škoda features with the official API
Škoda Public API connects supported cars to ioBroker, a home automation server, using Škoda’s documented owner API. It reads vehicle, battery, charging and climate data and exposes the commands available for your car. The API is free and does not need a developer account.
Create an API key in the MyŠkoda app and supply the car’s VIN. Eligible EVs include charging and climate services with the car, while other Remote Access features may require paid renewal. The API allows 20 requests per hour per VIN, so this provides periodic monitoring and control.
