Home Assistant Hue Sync
Plug-inAutomate the Sync Box and Screen Sync locally
This custom integration controls Hue Play Sync devices from Home Assistant, a self-hosted home automation system. It reads the device's local API and exposes power, light syncing, intensity, mode, brightness and the inputs or entertainment areas that the device provides.
Set up the hardware in the Hue app first, then install the integration through HACS or manually. It controls the sync device rather than capturing video itself, and options vary between the original box, the 8K box, the newer single-input 4K box and Screen Sync.
