Plug-inPut Viera power and inputs in Apple Home
Use Apple Home to control power, inputs and apps on compatible Panasonic Viera TVs. Vieramatic runs in Homebridge, software that connects local devices to Apple Home, and supports the encrypted pairing used by 2018–2024 Viera network models.
The current setup guide requires iOS 26 or later, Homebridge 1.8 or later, and a supported Node LTS release. Enable TV Remote, Powered On by Apps and Networked Standby, then pair the TV by its IP address. Older sets may not wake over the network, and encrypted sessions can fail until Homebridge restarts; Fire TV editions are outside this route.
