Plug-inControl your alarm and view cameras in Apple Home
Homebridge SimpliSafe 3 connects a Gen 3 alarm system to Apple Home through Homebridge, a bridge for devices without native HomeKit support. It uses SimpliSafe’s private cloud API for alarm controls, supported sensors and locks, and can show camera live video, motion snapshots and doorbell events.
Unmonitored accounts are accepted by the code, so basic use does not require paid monitoring. Camera support depends on the streaming backend: legacy SimpliCam and Video Doorbell Pro streams and newer LiveKit streams work, while Kinesis streams are rejected. There is no camera talk-back or recording archive, and entry sensors are polled.
