Plug-inUse supported August-account locks in Apple Home
Homebridge August exposes supported August and Yale locks in Apple Home through their August cloud account. Homebridge is a server that connects accessories to HomeKit, with lock state and supported controls available in the Home app.
This route requires working August-account access and an internet-connected lock or bridge. Yale Home accounts cannot sign in through this plugin because their password-login route has closed. Current releases require Homebridge 2 and a supported Node.js 22, 24 or 26 version; this is not local Bluetooth control.
