TCL Legacy Remote for Home Assistant
Plug-inAutomate remote buttons on older TCL Smart TVs
Send remote keys and switch inputs on a compatible older TCL TV from Home Assistant, software for running your own home automations. This custom integration targets the non-Android S69 generation through its local remote-control service.
Install through HACS, its community add-on manager, and register the integration, then supply the TV’s IP and port. Input changes use a sequence of key presses because the integration cannot read the current input.
