Synology DSM for Home Assistant
Plug-inGet NAS health and storage alerts in Home Assistant
This integration reads your NAS’s local DSM API and adds disk, volume, CPU, memory and network readings to Home Assistant, a home-automation system you run yourself. It also exposes supported reboot, shutdown and fan controls, and can use File Station as a Home Assistant backup location.
Monitoring supports DSM 5 and later; File Station backup storage needs DSM 6 or later, File Station application permission and read/write access to its shared folder. The integration requires a dedicated administrator account. Available controls depend on the NAS and installed services.
