Control Roku in your home automations

Home Assistant, a self-hosted home automation system, can read Roku playback state and send remote commands over your local network. Its Roku integration can launch channels and use TV controls when the device exposes them.

You need a running Home Assistant server and local network access to the Roku. Enable Control by mobile apps if commands are blocked; available power, input and channel controls depend on the device, and individual streaming apps can change their launch behavior.
