Home Assistant Rivian
Plug-inUse Rivian readings and controls in home automations
Adds Rivian vehicle and charging readings to Home Assistant, software for running home automations. It reads the private cloud API used by Rivian's app, so sensors can feed dashboards, alerts and your own history.
R1T, R1S and R2 telemetry is supported, with different readings available by vehicle. Locks, climate and other phone-key commands require a Gen1 R1 and one-time Bluetooth enrollment near the car; charging-schedule changes use a separate path. You need a Rivian account, and fresh data and commands still depend on Rivian's cloud.
