Self-hostedFind trends in Health history on your own server
This HealthLog stores Health Auto Export payloads in TimescaleDB and runs scheduled analyses of your Apple Watch history. It computes trends, sleep patterns, training load and correlations, with supplied Grafana dashboards and optional local AI narration.
You need Docker, a database, a protected ingest endpoint and the separate paid Health Auto Export app. Historical backfill uses that app's JSON exports; it does not read Apple's native export.xml.
