LibreLinkUp for Health Connect
AppCopy shared glucose into Health Connect and Wear OS
This Android app copies the latest LibreLinkUp glucose reading into Health Connect about every 15 minutes. Health Connect is Android's shared health data store. An optional Wear OS app adds a tile and complication.
You need Android 9 or later, Health Connect and an accepted sharing invitation. The watch app needs Wear OS 3 or later. The README names Libre 2 and Libre 3 sensors and doesn't mention the Plus models.
It's a delayed cloud view, not a live connection to the sensor, and it isn't a medical device. Readings can lag or fail, so keep your official app and its alerts running.
