Plug-inRead your Health history inside Obsidian
Health Vitals imports Apple Health's ZIP or XML export into Obsidian, a note-taking app. It builds local charts, workout summaries and daily aggregates, with tables you can copy or save as Markdown and CSV.
It requires desktop Obsidian 1.8.7 or newer and a manual iPhone export. Sleep intervals are merged to reduce double counting, while older sleep records without stage data remain unclassified.
