Health.md Visualizations
Plug-inPut Watch charts beside your Obsidian notes
Health.md Visualizations turns daily Health.md export files into charts inside Obsidian, a note-taking app. It reads local JSON, CSV and Markdown data for activity, sleep, heart readings, workouts and other recorded metrics.
The documented iPhone collector is Health.md, whose first five export actions are free before a separate one-time unlock. This plugin reads files already in your vault and cannot collect new Apple Watch data by itself.
- View your history on a computer
- Keep a usable copy of your history
- Charts embedded in daily notes
- Date and time filtering
- Activity rings and workout maps
