DashboardCompare Watch readings with labs and body measurements
Health brings Apple Watch readings, sleep and workouts together with lab results and body measurements in a self-hosted dashboard. It receives Apple Health data from Health Auto Export and stores each household profile separately.
Its documented setup uses Docker and Tailscale, a private network tool, plus the separate paid Health Auto Export app. Optional AI extraction of scanned reports sends those files to Anthropic; ordinary health sync does not require that feature.
