Headset battery and sidetone without iCUE
HeadsetControl is a command-line tool for USB gaming headsets. For Corsair headsets it reads battery level and sets sidetone, LED lights, inactive time and some other options, without iCUE. It works over USB through the headset or its wireless dongle.
Its Corsair support covers three groups in the README table: the Void family (Void Pro, Void Elite, Void RGB Elite and similar), Void Wireless V2, Virtuoso MAX and HS80 MAX Wireless, and the Virtuoso XT and SE. Features differ by group, for example lights only on the Void and Virtuoso XT/SE groups. The README adds that sidetone on HS80, HS70 wired, RGB Elite and Virtuoso models other than the XT goes through the ALSA mixer, and that other Corsair headsets may need their product ID added.
It runs on Linux, macOS and Windows with package manager installs or portable binaries; Linux needs udev rules for non-root use. It also works with Logitech, SteelSeries, HyperX, Sony and other brands.
Also works with Logitech, SteelSeries, HyperX, Sony, and 3 more
