Plug-inRecovery and sleep as Home Assistant sensors
WHOOP for Home Assistant turns your WHOOP recovery, strain, sleep and workouts into Home Assistant sensors, so your automations can react to them. You add it through HACS as a custom repository and connect it with your own WHOOP developer app.
It reads WHOOP's official API, so new data needs an active membership. It needs Home Assistant 2026.3 or later.
