Plug-inAdd MusicCast playback to scenes and announcements
Home Assistant controls MusicCast playback, inputs and volume through Yamaha's local network interface. It can play local HTTP audio and text-to-speech, and link compatible rooms for synchronized music. A running Home Assistant host is required, and music-service sign-in still happens in Yamaha's official app. Exposed controls depend on the hardware, receiver zones have grouping restrictions, and the WX-021 alarm is not offered as an entity.
