Plug-inUse SwitchBot devices and hub remotes in automations
Connects SwitchBot devices and supported hub infrared remotes to Home Assistant through SwitchBot’s cloud API. It exposes controls and sensor data for supported devices and can automate appliances that a compatible SwitchBot hub controls by infrared.
You need a SwitchBot account, developer token and secret, plus a hub for devices that rely on it. Internet and the SwitchBot cloud remain necessary. Hub 2 sensor support does not mean every paired appliance function is exposed.
