Home Assistant Squeezebox
Plug-inUse Squeezebox for music, alarms and announcements
This built-in integration connects Home Assistant to an existing Lyrion or Logitech Media Server. It adds household automations, player grouping and announcements that can resume previous playback. Commands and status use the server on your local network. You still need a working LMS installation, and fade-in settings can hide the beginning of an announcement.
- Play the same music in several rooms
- Add household announcements and automations
- Announcements with playback restoration
- Alarm state and scheduling controls
- LMS library and server sensors
- Player grouping from automations
- Preset buttons on supported players
