Home Assistant iRobot Roomba and Braava
Plug-inControl cleaning from your home automations
This integration connects compatible Roomba vacuums and Braava m6 mops to Home Assistant, a home automation hub you run yourself. Commands and status use the robot’s private MQTT interface on your network, and expose battery, cleaning state, bin status and cleaning totals.
You need Home Assistant on the same network and the robot’s BLID and local password. Some models need an iRobot account to retrieve those credentials, and only one local client can hold the connection at a time.
