Nanit for Home Assistant
Plug-inView camera streams and nursery readings in one dashboard
Nanit for Home Assistant brings camera video, temperature, humidity and motion or sound events into your home dashboard. It also supports the Nanit Sound & Light Machine. An optional read-only mode removes device-setting controls.
Use a Nanit account with email/password and MFA on Home Assistant 2025.12 or newer. Video can travel locally when reachable, but login, camera control and events still require Nanit’s cloud. Event polling and stream failures mean this should not be your only way to monitor a baby.
