Self-hostedSchedule scale uploads to Garmin from a web page
Grrmin Sync reads weight and basic body composition from the official Withings API and uploads them to Garmin Connect. Its web interface provides manual sync, schedules and a history of attempts.
Run the Docker image and register your own Withings developer application. Change the web interface's default password and keep its credentials volume private; the historical importer does not paginate large API responses. On Start for Free API apps, accounts created from October 13, 2026 need Withings+; earlier accounts remain exempt. Its visceral-fat mapping is incorrect, so leave that field out.
