Grimoire
AppKeep handwritten Scribe notebooks in local, open files
Grimoire adds a handwriting notebook to a jailbroken Kindle Scribe, with pressure-sensitive pens, folders, custom paper and PDF or PNG export. Notebooks stay on the Kindle without an account or cloud service.
Copy its app and rescue scriptlets into the documents folder. The author uses a 2024 Scribe and reports a 2022 tester; it remains beta software, and Scribe 3 and Scribe Colorsoft are untested.
- Custom paper including music notation
- Nine pressure-sensitive pens
- Local PDF and PNG export
