GPXSee
AppView workout tracks with offline maps
GPXSee opens GPS activity files and shows route maps and graphs of recorded sensor fields. It reads Garmin FIT, GPX and TCX files on your computer and works with online and offline maps.
Builds are available for Windows, macOS, Linux and Android.
It's a file viewer, not a sync service. It doesn't rebuild Garmin sleep or recovery scores.
