Google Health MCP
MCP serverAsk your AI assistant about Fitbit data
Google Health MCP lets an AI app read your activity, sleep and health measurements through Google's official Health API. It runs on your computer and offers summaries, data inventories and queries over the records in your account.
You need Node.js, an MCP-compatible AI app (MCP is a standard for connecting AI apps to tools) and your own Google OAuth credentials. It can't control the device, and live testing covers only a small number of accounts.
