GoldenCheetah is a desktop training diary with activity charts, training-load models and power analysis. It reads Garmin activity FIT files and keeps your athlete library on your computer.
You need exported activity files and the Windows, macOS or Linux app. It analyzes workouts, not your complete Garmin sleep and wellness history.
