AppOperate an Insta360 camera from your watch
Insta360 Remote lets your watch start and stop recordings, pick camera modes and send GPS telemetry. It talks to the camera directly over Garmin's official Bluetooth Low Energy API, so you don't need a phone during the session.
You need a supported Garmin watch and a compatible Insta360 camera. The author calls it experimental and reports testing only with the One R 360 module. Other listed camera families are less certain.
